Product Description

Product Description

Fireclay bricks are alumina silicate refractory with
refractoriness of SK 32-34 and 35-45% alumina. The bricks are
made from various raw materials of fire clay, calcined chamotte,
mullite etc. They are highly resistant to abrasion, spalling ond
corrosion. With low porosity, high strength and good resistance to
thermal spalling, abrasion and creep. They are generally applied
for the linings of Coke Ovens, Glass Furnace, Cement Rotary
Kilns, Lime Kilns, Various incinerators, Reheating Furnaces etc..

Product Parameters

High temperature resistance: Refractory clay bricks can be used for a long time in high temperature environments up to 1650ºC, ensuring their stability in high temperature environments.

High temperature structural strength: Refractory clay bricks have high compressive strength in high temperature environments and can withstand mechanical stress in high temperature environments.

Wear resistance: Refractory clay bricks have good wear resistance and can resist the wear of materials on their surfaces.

Corrosion resistance: Refractory clay bricks have strong resistance to various chemical corrosion and can adapt to complex and changing industrial environments.

Good high temperature resistance: Clay bricks have high thermal stability in high temperature environments and can maintain their structural integrity.

High compressive strength: Clay bricks have high compressive strength in high temperature environments, ensuring their service life in high temperature environments.

Low thermal conductivity: Clay bricks have low thermal conductivity, which can effectively reduce heat loss.

Good slag resistance: Clay bricks have good slag resistance to molten metals, slag, etc., which can prevent slag from corroding their surfaces.
Longer service life: Clay bricks have a longer service life in high temperature environments, reducing the maintenance cost of the kiln.

Application

Uses of Clay Bricks

Industrial Furnaces: Refractory clay bricks are widely used in various industrial furnaces, such as steelmaking furnaces, ironmaking furnaces, coke ovens, hot air furnaces, etc., to ensure the stable operation of the furnaces.

High-temperature equipment: In high-temperature equipment, such as heating furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, ceramic furnaces, etc., refractory clay bricks can withstand high temperature environments and improve the reliability and service life of equipment.

Thermal power plants: In thermal power plants, refractory clay bricks are used in boilers, chimneys and other parts, with good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.

Metal smelting: In the process of metal smelting, refractory clay bricks are used in furnace linings, furnace bottoms and other parts, which can resist the erosion of high-temperature molten metals.

Chemical Industry: In the chemical industry, refractory clay bricks are used in various types of reactors, furnaces and other equipment, with good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
