Alkali-free setting agent is a new type of environmentally friendly alkali-free, chlorine-free high-performance setting agent developed by our company. It has a strong function of accelerating cement solidification, and can also greatly improve the early and late cement strength, as well as improve the anti-seepage ability.

Ingredients: This product is an alkali-free quick-setting agent product of aluminum sulfate system, which is non-toxic, harmless, non-radioactive, non-corrosive, non-flammable and non-explosive.
Safety tips: Avoid contact with skin and glasses; if contact occurs, rinse with clean water. If splashed into eyes, wash with plenty of clean water or seek medical attention. Wear a mask and goggles when contacting powdered products.
Storage conditions: The inner and outer packaging bags of instant powder should be intact to prevent water absorption and moisture. After being prepared into liquid, the storage temperature should be greater than 5ºC. Liquid finished products should be stored in plastic/glass fiber reinforced plastic barrels. The pH value of this product is weakly acidic and will react chemically with steel materials. Avoid using iron barrels for storage.
Storage time: Instant powder products can be stored in a sealed state for 2 years, and can be stored for 3 months after being prepared into liquid. If the liquid product has a long storage time, it is recommended to stir it simply when using it to eliminate the visual micro-stratification phenomenon.
Product packaging: powdered alkali-free quick-setting agent is packaged in 25Kg plastic woven bags or ton bags, and can also be customized according to customer requirements.

Usage method and indicators:
The recommended dosage is 6-9% (calculated according to cement dosage). The actual dosage is determined by the cement type and performance, temperature, water-cement ratio, strength grade, setting time, construction technology, and engineering type experiments.
The freshness of cement has a great influence on the setting time. It is best to use newly produced cement for spraying concrete. Cement that is damp or stored for a long time has poor effect.
Operators should wear protective equipment; use the tools immediately after use; contact the skin and rinse with clean water immediately.
Powdered alkali-free accelerating setting agent can be mixed with water at room temperature according to the proportion to form a liquid accelerating setting agent. The recommended ratio is as follows:

When compounding, use a plastic reactor with stirring function, or use a ton barrel plus a mixer for flexible compounding; The recommended weight ratio of instant powder to water is 1:1 to dissolve into a liquid alkali-free quick-setting agent. According to the characteristics of cement and the different requirements of customers for setting time and dosage, the proportion of instant powder can vary between 50% and 60%; The speed of the stirring blade is above 600 rpm, the water temperature is above 10ºC, the dissolution time is 0.5-1 hour, and the power of the mixer should be greater than 5KW; The dosage of the quick-setting agent after being prepared into a liquid product varies with the temperature of the concrete and the environment, and the adaptability of the cement. The dosage of silicate cement or ordinary silicate cement is between 6% and 9%; The quick-setting agent is pumped and mixed with the concrete at the nozzle. This product has a certain viscosity, so it is recommended to remove the filter installed on the accelerator pump hose to prevent the accelerator from being sucked out normally; Before using this product, please be sure to clean the accelerator pump. It is strictly forbidden to mix this product with other accelerators to avoid chemical reactions between the two accelerators and blockage of the accelerator pump.

Applicable to the preparation of high-performance sprayed concrete and mortar, quick-setting early concrete for water-stopping and leak-proofing.
Concrete and mortar for the initial lining of tunnels such as railways, highways, hydraulic diversion tunnels, as well as thin-walled concrete (mortar) reinforcement, repair, foundation pit wall protection, fire-resistant engineering, and protective engineering in metallurgy, coal mine shafts, industry, and civil air defense projects;
Especially recommended for projects with high water permeability.
